Dispute Resolution

THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

At House of GlamRock, we aim to resolve any concerns with professionalism, respect, and fairness. If a dispute arises between you and House of GlamRock in connection with any of our services, programs, or this Agreement (a “Dispute”), the following terms will apply:

(a) Arbitration Agreement
Any Dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, before a single neutral arbitrator. Arbitration will be administered in accordance with the Arbitration Act (BC) and any relevant provincial rules.

Either party may initiate the process by delivering a written notice of dispute and proposed resolution. Both parties will jointly select a qualified arbitrator within thirty (30) calendar days of notice. If no mutual agreement is reached, the arbitrator will be appointed in accordance with British Columbia arbitration procedures.

Unless otherwise required by law, all proceedings, evidence, and communications related to the arbitration shall be confidential.

(b) No Class Actions
By using our services, you agree that any claim must be brought on an individual basis. You expressly waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or mass arbitration. House of GlamRock similarly waives this right. You and House of GlamRock agree to resolve all Disputes one-on-one.

(c) Limitation Period
To ensure timely resolution, you must bring any Dispute within one (1) year from the date the issue first arose. Any claim not filed within this timeframe is permanently barred.

(d) Severability
If any part of this Dispute Resolution section is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable laws, the remainder of this provision shall still apply and be interpreted to achieve the original intent to the fullest extent allowed.

(e) Injunctive Relief
Notwithstanding the above, House of GlamRock reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief through the courts if you are found to be using the site or services in violation of these Terms, or if you infringe upon our intellectual property or proprietary rights.
