1. Payment
All services must be prepaid or follow a written agreement with scheduled payments. We accept major credit cards via secure payment platforms.

2. Cancellation
Business services: 72-hour notice is required before start date.

Fitness/Coaching: 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
Missed appointments are non-refundable.
