House of GlamRock – Personal Training Plan Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use and purchase of all Personal Training services (“Services”) provided by House of GlamRock ("Trainer," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or participating in any personal training session or plan, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Services Offered
We offer the following Personal Training packages:
1:1 Personal Training
Single Session: $98
4-Session Package (1x/week)
8-Session Package (2x/week)
12-Session Package (3x/week)
Doubles / Small Group Training (2–4 participants)
Same structure and pricing as above, per group
Corporate Group Training (up to 20 participants)
Custom pricing and session planning available upon inquiry
Location: At client’s home, local park, or designated training space (as agreed upon in advance). Travel fees may apply depending on location.

2. Health & Medical Clearance
Clients must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and disclose any medical conditions prior to beginning training. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider to ensure you are cleared for physical activity.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.
Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Repeated rescheduling or late cancellations may result in termination of services at our discretion.

4. Session Expiry & Commitment
All packages must be used within 60 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable.
Commitment to consistency is essential for client progress; no-shows or excessive delays may hinder results and affect trainer availability.

5. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due in full prior to the start of any package or single session.
Refunds are not provided for used sessions or partially completed packages.
Refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to an admin fee.
Payments are accepted via e-transfer, credit card, or through the official House of GlamRock booking system.

6. Liability Waiver
By purchasing or participating in any PT session, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur during or after participation. You agree to hold harmless House of GlamRock, its trainers, contractors, and affiliates.

7. Confidentiality & Code of Conduct
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality in all personal and health information shared. Clients are expected to treat trainers with respect and uphold a positive training environment. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.

8. Media & Marketing Release (Optional)
With your consent, photos or videos may be taken during training sessions to celebrate your progress and promote wellness programs. This is strictly optional and can be declined at any time.

9. Modifications
House of GlamRock reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
