Any coaching, fitness, or business services

Any downloads, videos, communications, or educational materials

This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including:

Loss of profits or income

Loss of data

Loss of reputation or goodwill

Emotional distress

Physical injuries sustained during exercise or implementation of any recommendations

Even if House of GlamRock has been advised of the possibility of such damages, we are not liable for outcomes that result from your voluntary participation in any of our programs, services, or digital products.

Maximum Financial Liability
In no event shall House of GlamRock’s total liability to you for all claims, damages, or causes of action—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise—exceed the total amount paid by you to House of GlamRock, if any, for the specific service or product giving rise to the dispute.
