1. Project Terms & Delivery
All timelines are subject to the prompt provision of client materials (content, images, login access). Delays in client delivery may shift project timelines. House of GlamRock is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete submissions.

2. Payment Terms
Project work begins upon receipt of payment or agreed deposit. Remaining balances are due based on the service level agreement (SLA). Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge.

3. Revisions & Scope
Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately. Scope creep may delay delivery if not addressed early.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
Website projects and strategy services are non-refundable once work has begun. If a cancellation occurs before project commencement, a partial refund (minus a 15% administrative fee) may be provided at our discretion.

5. Ownership & Access
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their websites and branding assets, unless otherwise licensed. House of GlamRock retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio.

6. Hosting, Domains & Tech Stack
We work with third-party platforms (e.g., Wix). Clients are responsible for paying hosting, email, or app subscriptions directly. We are not responsible for platform outages or software limitations.

7. Confidentiality
All shared business ideas, strategies, and intellectual property will be treated confidentially and never disclosed without written permission.
