As the founder of House of GlamRock, Marla integrates her holistic Mind, Body, Business philosophy into every program—merging functional fitness with mindset and lifestyle coaching.

With a background in communications, a deep commitment to women's health, and lived experience as a single mom and entrepreneur, Marla brings empathy, energy, and expertise to every session. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or leveling up, she designs strength-based programs rooted in proper form, injury prevention, and results that last.


Marla offers private, partner, and small-group personal training in outdoor and in-home settings—making movement accessible, effective, and empowering.
